Intent

A note is one plain-text file the person can read without any tool.

External Behavior

When the person saves a note, the tool shall write it as one UTF-8 text file named by the note's title.

hello-notes-2

When the person opens a folder of notes, the tool shall list every file by title, newest first.

Verification

When a test saves two notes and opens the folder, it shall assert both titles are listed with the later one first [hello-notes-1] [hello-notes-2].
